Worried About my Dog who ate Motrin?

Last night my two chihuahuas chewed on a 200 mg motrin container and broke it open. There wasn’t many in there but I am unsure of how many there was and if they even ate any. I induced vomiting in both with peroxide as instructed by the emergency vet I think I did this between a hour and a hour and a half of when they would of ate the pills. My one chihuahua is very nosy and gets into anything she finds so concerned about her safety I took her to the 24 hour emergency vet. She received charcoal probably about 3 to 4 hours after the pills would of been eaten and got fluids injected under her fur. She vomited the charcoal up once we got home and then about 2 hours later vomited again after eating some dog food. I dont know if the charcoal irrated her stomach but i noticed there may of been some blood in the puke. She slept through the night with no more instances of vomiting. This morning she seemed about 50/50 . Im hoping from not feeling to well from all the vomiting not from kidney failure, She has not lost her appetite and has been drinking normally. She threw up once this morning but its been about 12 hours since then and hasn’t since. She seems to just lay around most of the day normally she spends the entire day tormenting the cat. She gets up when I get up walks up the stairs and if I play with her she plays back normally but otherwise she keeps sleeping. She has been going to the bathroom normal and her pee color is normal. I am taking her to the vet tomorrow to get blood work done on her. I’m worried sick until then, Has anyone else dog ate motrin? I am so concerned.

How do I get my dog to swallow a pill?

I wrapped it in cheese and put it in a hot dog but he won’t eat. His heart is failing and these pills help him. He is lying on the floor breathing very fast and I need to get his pill in him.

How do i get my sick dog to eat/take medicine?

Okay…for the past 2 weeks there has been a dog in heat a few houses down from me. and my dog was desperate to get to her. so desperate he would run bolt outside any chance he got and would refuse to come home until he felt like it (once he left one night around 7 and didn’t return until the next morning)…

he calmed down quite a bit so we figured that the dog must not have been in heat any longer…so Monday we noticed that my dog wasn’t as active as usual…i took him outside and he stumbled around like he was weak…he was peeing blood and his bile moment was irregular (excuse the details but it looks like newborn poop- it was very dark and wasn’t a solid)….so we took him to the doctor the next morning and they said his blood was fairly dark and requested to do a kidney/liver check but the bill was far too expensive..so we the vet told us that all they call tell us from what they tested is that he just has a urinary tract infection…so they gave us a weeks worth or medicine to give him.

THE PROBLEM IS: HE isn’t eating AT ALL, he is drinking though…he is too weak to walk and sit up for even a short amount of time…My main concern is how can i get him to take the pills if he is not eating.?!

Ive had him for 8 years and i don’t want to lose him., but im afraid that if i cannot get him to eat or take the pills we will have to put him to sleep because me family and i hate to see him suffer. )=
