How can I get my dog to be healthy eating human food she will not eat dog food?
My boyfriend keeps feeding her human food even though I try to get her on her dog food. Is there a way she can get the nutrients she needs by eating human food? What can I feed her? She is always tired and I am supposing that she is not getting the nutrition she needs??? Anyone know anything it would help.?

You really should not make her a plate when you are serving lasagne. However, below is a link to some homemade dog food recipes. These should do the trick for that picky eater. Have a good weekend!
P.S. Tell your boyfriend to stop feeding her immediately. Dogs have very sensitive stomachs contrary to popular belief and people food can be very harmful for them. Not to mention that it is very likely your dog will get gassy and have poopy issues from it.

Why wont my dog eat his food?
My dog will not eat his dog food, he will eat people food but my parents do not allow it! One of the main reasons he will not eat his food is because he is always eating his toys which he has a hard time digesting. He seems to be in great shape, but I am still worried. I could get some really really expensive dog food that he will eat and digest. But I do not think its worth the price, should I give him people food and disobey my parents or should I buy really expensive dog food?

You can get your dog a reasonable price dog food. You can even stay with the dog food you already have. What you need to do is not feed your dog anything but the dog food you have. Take away things he would eat, even his toys. Place the proper amount of food in the dog bowl. If your doesn’t eat it. Let it. It will eventually get hungry and eat his dog food. Just keep doing it that way, and it will soon develop the habit of eating that food. Use a special call (Din Din, is mine) when you serve its food even if it doesn’t want to eat it. Then praise it when it finish eating it… Get excited so it can get excited, too, about it. Try not to change the kind of brand cause you will start from the beginning again. Once it is eating the food you are serving it, develop an eating schedule. Adult dogs usually eat once a day. I feed mind in the evening.

She threw up today and is begging for my people food. I do not want to get her use to eating dog food, so what should I do? She is a Chiwawa.

Your dog probably does not feel all that well so you should give her some rice because it helps settle dog’s stomachs. That’s what i always do with my dogs and it works in just hours.
