It is extremely high in protein, so I would not feed it to an adult giant breed dog. (Great dane, Mastiff, etc.) Although I am guessing it is a puppy food or small breed food.
Also, it has not corn or soy products in it. Which are really bad. You do have Chicken meal and Salmon meal, as well as dried whole egg. All of which are very good for dogs.
So, my answer would be: “Yes, I would feed this to my dogs.”

Garlic repels fleas, ticks and other external parasites. As far as I know it does nothing for internal parasites.

Have you actually researched dog food?
I mean finding out what is actually in the food. Did you find out what by products are? What is animal digest? What garlic does to a dig? I don’t mean reading/listening to advertising. Who’s going to say,”feed our food, it’s made from crap”?
If you did research, what do you feed your dog?

Yes, I have. I was feeding Merrick ALS before I acquired a dog that couldn’t tolerate grains, then switched over to Natural Balance. After doing further research, I once again switched to Taste of the Wild, which IS a much better food than Natural Balance, and actually a little cheaper for me too. I pay $35.99 for a 30 lb. Bag and feed the Wetlands formula.
Add: I forgot to mention that I use to feed Nutro Natural Choice for almost 3 decades, until the quality of the food took a *dive* about 4 years ago.
Add #2: b.w., I just went to your profile and saw that you live not too far from me. Do you have a lot of dogs to feed? If so, you might want to check out K-9 Specialties on Mound Rd. Near 13 Mile Rd. In Warren. I PROMISE you they are the cheapest place to buy pet supplies in the state. They’re a family owned feed store and I’ve been shopping there for about 35 years. Just thought I’d let you know in case you’ve never heard of the place.
