I don’t know what your question is, but all three of my dogs are on a Prey Model Raw diet. They are thriving and love their food. They never look for food afterwards but then again, my dogs never did anyway. Some dogs just do that, no matter what you feed.

What is your opinion on feeding dogs human food?
Now what is your actual practice? Fess up now.
Some say that you should never ever feed a dog human food but perhaps it’s alright with controlled circumstances (i.e. not in the human‘s place of eating nor at a time decided by the dog but in the dog‘s own dedicated eating space and at a time decided by the human)?
It’s pretty hard to deny a good friend the spoils of the hunt even if there are good reasons why. Though I want to avoid table fed dogs that are always in your face about your food. (and with a Husky/Mastiff cross like mine, that’s just not an option)

IMO as long as the dog is eating its own food without a problem (not always “doctoring it up to eat”) and its not more then 10% of the diet, there is no harm giving people food.
Our Lab knows that after supper she usually will get something – but this is AFTER she has eaten her food – not before. And she’s allowed to have anything that doesn’t have onions, raisins, etc.

Are dog supplements better than dog food? Dog nutritionists I need your help?
I am feeding my dog the Salmon Formula by Blue Wilderness. It smells very bad and I am not sure what they put in there to make it smell that bad. I am thinking about feeding my dog human food and giving her vitamin pills.
If you recommend doing this, what vitamin pills should I buy?

All fish based formulas smell bad to me. BUT they are good in quality. Double check to make sure your bag has not expired. If not, just switch to a different formula next time.
Blue is a high quality food. High quality foods do not need additional supplementation with vitamins. Making homemade food that is good for your dog is very hard to do.
ETA: I do add Fish oil to my dogs food as well. That and glucosamine in my old dog. No vitamin supplements though.
